MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION: Must possess a high school diploma or the equivalent. Knowledge of real estate appraisal and/or residential construction is preferred. Familiarity with Raleigh County is preferred. Ability to read maps, follow direction, make independent decisions, solve problems, and meet deadlines. Must possess organizational skills; be self-motivated; capable of working independently with minimum supervision; maintain records on field inspections; and must be able to work in the field and tolerate changes in weather conditions. Must possess and maintain a valid West Virginia Driver’s License. Should be able to utilize personal computer, tablet and standard office software, and be generally proficient with standard office equipment. Must pass drug screening and undergo criminal background check. Full-time position.

Salary range $31,000-$34,000.
